It's clear that you all like to know what's going on at Shawnee Peak in the Terrain Park so that's why I have my journal. I'll let you know what's happening with events, new features, photo shoots and everything else that is park related. If you have any questions or suggestions that you just can't wait to tell me, send me an email to josh@shawneepeak.com.

![]() Super Hits Sunday Jan.20Thursday January 10th, 2008So good news for everyone who loves Super Hits as much as I do. There will be NO CHARGE for the competitions this year. My original intentions to charge for the comp was to build resources for new features in the park. I decided to find other means of income that will not take away from the appeal of our event. Super Hits has always been your way to show off your skillz in a laid back atmosphere and I think that it is best if it stays that way. See you all next Sunday! |

Park is UPSaturday December 29th, 2007The Terrain Park up and open. You'll notice a few changes from last year. We put the A-frame up at the start which can go into either the Rainbow rail or the 80' Spine. This thing is massive. We have a mid-sized booter and the flat and C-box at the bottom. We made a ton of snow in the half pipe and dug it out. We have to make some more snow and then we'll be ready to cut it. Should be another week or so before the pipe is open. |
Park in ProgressWednesday December 26th, 2007Some good news for you all. The park is currently being built. The Grommet Garden is in full swing and the Main park is under construction. We still have a couple of boxes to jib around on to keep you busy. The park should be done by the end of the week. Right now we have a HUGE spine and a mid-sized booter. We'll have a couple of rails at the top and the MONSTER Wall Ride at the bottom. It's only a matter of time before things are ready to go. |
